I’ve been going to this dental office for a while now, and even after moving farther away, I still make the drive because it’s absolutely worth it. The level of customer service here is hard to find, everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about your experience. The staff always make you feel comfortable, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. It never feels rushed, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. There are definitely closer options for me now, but I choose to keep coming back because of the great people and consistently positive experience. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly puts patients first.

The actual dentist was great. Everything else was questionable. The dental hygienist apparently left an EYELASH (who’s eyelash?? We all want to know.) under my temporary crown, which ended up causing PERMANENT nerve damage for which I am currently seeing a different dentist to get a root canal for. For some reason, they billed me for the appointment to correct their mistakes-$600 for that one appointment, in fact. In addition, they had my address incorrect, and ended up almost sending to me collections despite never having received a bill in the mail. I loved my actual dentist, but everything else was horrific.

Dr.K was great and everyone in the office is very knowledgeable. I was comfortable and the treatment options I was given were great. Very modern dentistry. They are 3D printing crowns on site!

I’ve come to Dr. Olson for many years. Not only is she thoughtful and thorough but her dental hygienist Heather is SO skilled at cleaning/scraping/poking stuff out from between my teeth! I always leave knowing my teeth are shiny and plaque-free…and it doesn’t hurt during or after all the poking. This practice does a great job of minimizing dental anxiety, esp around xrays. Dr. Olson is calm, competent and trustworthy.

Always appreciate the care and attention I receive from Dr. Kim and the entire staff. They are kind, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. I’ve been a patient at other dental offices that do not have the same level of care and customer service. Highly recommend this dental office.
